Mulberry Grove village board meets, approves change to zoning code

The Mulberry Grove village board held their April meeting on Monday and approved last month’s meeting’s minutes and financial report.

The board approved the bills to be paid, including one in the amount of $3,791 to DC Waste and $463.76 to South Central FS.

Brad Criner gave the building inspector’s report. For March, there was 1 building permit issued, 2 rental site inspections conducted, there are currently 10 open files, 5 pending court actions, and 3 active building permits. The board of appeals met on March 21 and recommended changes to the verbiage of the zoning code 40-5-6. The board voted to approve 40-5-6 to the zoning code.
