The Greenville High School girls tennis team started their week with a pair of victories at the Greenville University Tennis Courts.
Metro East
Tuesday afternoon, the girls completed a clean sweep over Edwardsville (Metro East Lutheran), 9-0.
GHS won all five singles matches and both doubles matches played. GHS singles winners included Ellie Schaufelberger, Eden Kapp, Maddie Hardin, Ella Jurgena and Erin Drannan.
In doubles play, Jurgena and Ava Lagermann won their match with Anna Chute and Taylor Ferris winning theirs.
