Greenville Woman charged with harboring a runaway

Endia A. Fletcher of Greenville has demanded a trial by jury and waived her right to a pre-trial after being charged with obstructing justice and harboring a runaway.

The State’s Attorney of Bond County has charged that on or about Aug. 24 of this year Fletcher knowingly gave false information to a police officer about a juvenile runaway. This is a Class 4 felony.

It is also charged that Fletcher gave shelter to a juvenile runaway without the consent of the parents, which is a Class A Misdemeanor.

Fletcher’s trial is set for Sept. 25 of this year.
