At the State of the City and New Faces meeting, held at the SMART Center Tuesday morning, various updates were given on city projects and organizations. Greenville University President Suzanne Davis reported that they aim to complete work on the new dorm by January 2024. Each of the Bond County CEO students reminded everyone of their individual businesses and of the upcoming trade show on May 3. The CEO class for next year has already been chosen: 15 students, eight from Greenville and seven from Mulberry Grove.
