The top of the seventh was good to the Lady Comets offense, even though they were at home.

Their April 6 game, originally scheduled at Nokomis, was moved to Greenville, but the Redskins were still the designated home team.

With the score tied 7-7, a sacrifice fly by Emma Wilfong and a big double by leadoff hitter Hannah Potthast gave GHS a three-run inning and a 10-7 lead headed into the bottom of the seventh. For more information see the April 11, 2023 edition of The Greenville Advocate.
