Multiple area fire protection districts responded Monday afternoon to a report of a structure fire. Mulberry Grove Fire Protection District was paged with auto mutual aid from Greenville Fire, Keyesport Fire, and Rural Med EMS.
Mutual aid was requested from Smithboro for a tanker. According to Lieutenant Brandon Atkinson of the Mulberry Grove Fire Protection District, the districts were dispatched at 1:01 p.m. to a confirmed structure fire north in the Fayette County side of rural Mulberry Grove.
