It was a big win for the Lady Comets soccer program in SCC opener Tuesday afternoon in Greenville.
GHS put together a solid effort in the second half to beat Litchfield 2-1 at Tom Doll Field.
“The first half was one of the worst performances we have put in this season, but the response we got after halftime was amazing,” said GHS coach Chris Swift. “The girls fought super hard in the second half and we were able to turn the game around.” For more information see the April 7, 2023 edition of The Greenville Advocate.
