Greenville’s First Baptist Church will celebrate Independence Day with a special Sunday service at 10:30 a.m. July 2.
Elizabeth Bays, church pianist, and Gary Erickson, head of music industry studies at Greenville University, have coordinated a full service. Guest organist, the Rev. Dr. Ward Sussenbach, will also officiate at a communion service. The praise team and others will provide a full range of music — sacred and patriotic, classical and contemporary, vocal and instrumental.
