A few weeks back I shared my Grandma Gray’s chicken tetrazzini recipe. I hope you have had the time to try it. This week I will be sharing our family’s version of her macaroni and cheese recipe. Sadly, she never wrote it down but between some trial and error, tweaking here and there, this recipe is the closest thing we have. This was a family favorite when the Gray family got together, except for my Uncle John who could not stand the taste of cheese.
