North Park University proved that Tuesday afternoon in Davenport, Florida.
The Vikings used a two-run double and a three-run home run in the bottom of the eighth inning to flip a 7-4 Greenville University advantage into a 9-7 win.
It was the culmination of a flurry of late game runs by both schools.
With GU leading 4-3 in the bottom of the seventh, the Vikings scratched out a run to tie the game, but the Panthers answered back with a big inning in the top of the eighth.
