Aces fall to Maryville Christian

Mulberry Grove just could not hit shots Tuesday night as they fell to Maryville Christian 54-25 at home.

The Aces fell behind 18-3 after one then held MCS to only seven points in the second period to trail 25-8 at the break.

MCS opened up a 44-16 lead after three quarters.

For Mulberry Grove, Aaron Cook had eight points including a pair of threes while Arjan Epperson had four points. Carter Scoggins pulled down seven rebounds as did Landen Sugg. For more information see the January 20, 2023 edition of The Greenville Advocate.
