The back-to-back game couldn’t have come at a better time for Greenville.
Less than 24 hours after an SCC conference game slipped out of their grasp, they were back at it on the home floor.
And they took advantage.
Greenville used two big runs and pitched a shutout on defense in the second quarter to subdue Monticello 55-41 in game three of the Comets Sports Boosters Shootout on Saturday at the GHS gym. For more information see the December 19, 2023 edition of The Greenville Advocate.
