October 4
Wesley E. Mosher of Troy pled guilty to a charge of endangering the life or health of a child, the incident occurred on March 9, 2022. Mosher’s sentence was a 12-month order of protection.
October 5
Jerry A. Thacker of Mulberry Grove pled guilty to a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the incident occurring on December 16, 2021. Thacker was sentenced to a 24-month first-offender order of probation. As part of the plea agreement, a charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
Teri L. Sexton of Greenville pled guilty to unlawful methamphetamine possession that occurred on May 23, 2023. Sexton’s sentence was a 24-month order of probation. Sexton also pled guilty to unlawful methamphetamine possession that occurred on June 27, 2023. Her sentence was a concurrent 24-month order of probation.
Brennden D. Combine of Mulberry Grove. Pled guilty to a charge of illegal transportation of alcohol and failure to signal, both incidents occurring on June 23, 2023. For the charge of illegal transportation of alcohol, his sentence was a 6-month order of supervision. For the failure to signal, there was a conviction entered and a fine in the amount of $50. As part of the plea a charge of expired registration was dismissed.
October 11
Randall S. Cusick of Pekin, pled guilty to a charge of forgery that occurred on May 12, 2023. Cusick’s sentence was a 24-month second chance order of probation.
Scott K. Baldwin of Highland admitted to a violation of an order of protection and was re-sentenced to 1 year and 1 day in the Illinois Department of Corrections, followed by 6 months of mandatory supervised release on a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and 90 days incarceration for a charge of domestic battery. Baldwin had previously pled guilty to a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and domestic battery that occurred on June 15, 2022. On April 5, 2023, he was sentenced to a 24-month first-offender order of probation and an 18-month order of probation. There was a petition to revoke probation filed on June 5, 2023. Additionally, on October 11, 2023, Baldwin admitted to violating an order of probation and was re-sentenced to 90 days incarceration for 2 counts of violation of an order of probation. He had previously pled guilty to charges that occurred on July 30, 2022, and August 12, 2022. On April 5, 2023, he was sentenced to an 18-month order of probation, and a petition to revoke probation was filed on June 5, 2023. Baldwin was also resentenced on 2 counts of violation of an order of protection on December 31, 2022, and January 5, 2023, and was sentenced to 90 days incarceration.
October 19
Tanya L. Bauer of Granite City pled guilty to a charge of unlawful methamphetamine possession of more than 15 grams but less than 100 grams, which occurred on February 15, 2022. Bauer’s sentence was to a 30-month TASC order of probation. A charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis by a driver was dismissed as part of the plea.

Amy S. Ray of Granite City admitted to a violation of an order of probation and was re-sentenced to 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by 1 year of mandatory supervised release. She had previously pled guilty to a charge of unlawful delivery of controlled substance-fentanyl and unlawful methamphetamine possession that occurred on April 25, 2022. On May 25, 2022, she was sentenced to a 36-month order of probation. A petition to revoke probation was filed on July 14, 2022.
October 25
Howard M. McMillin of Mulberry Grove pled guilty to a charge of unlawful methamphetamine possession that occurred on June 10, 2022. He was sentenced to a 30-month order of probation.
Matthew R. Kelly of Collinsville pled guilty to a charge of driving while license revoked-enhanced offense that occurred July 2, 2023. He was sentenced to a 30-month order of probation.
Nicholaus S. Dorgan of Greenville pled guilty to a charge of criminal property damage which occurred on March 30, 2023. Dorgan was sentenced to a 30-month order of probation. Dorgan also entered a guilty plea to a charge of criminal property damage which occurred on May 22, 2023. He was sentenced to a concurrent 24-month order of probation.
Quinzola D. Knox of Greenville pled guilty to unlawful methamphetamine possession that occurred on July 10, 2023. Knox was sentenced to a 24-month first-offender order of probation.
Rachelle D. Dailey of Greenville pled guilty to a charge of failure to register as a sex offender that occurred on September 3, 2023. She was sentenced to 3 years and 3 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by 1 year of mandatory supervised release.
Michael A. Krummel of Greenville pled guilty to a charge of battery that occurred on September 16, 2022. Krummel’s sentence was a 12-month order of conditional discharge. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed as part of the plea.
Wayne P. Romanik of Greenville pled guilty to a charge of aggravated battery to a child that occurred on September 15, 2023. He was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months of mandatory supervised release. On the same date, Romanik entered a plea of guilty to three separate charges of criminal trespass to state-supported land and on a charge of criminal trespass to real property and was sentenced to concurrent 60 days incarceration.
October 26
Emily N. Lyons of Hillsboro pled guilty to a charge of bringing contraband into a penal institution and unlawful methamphetamine possession. The event occurred on January 23, 2022. She was sentenced to a 30-month order of probation. A second charge of bringing contraband into a penal institution was dismissed as part of the plea.
Megan R. Cooperider of Greenville. Pled guilty to a charge of unlawful methamphetamine possession which occurred on September 13, 2023. Cooperider was sentenced to a 24-month order of probation.
Christopher D. Holmes of Rantoul admitted to a violation of an order of probation and was re-sentenced to 180 days incarceration and a 24-month order of probation. Holmes had previously pled guilty to a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm with a revoked F.O.I.D. card that occurred on October 12, 2021. On December 20, 2021, he was sentenced to a 24-month order of probation. A petition to revoke probation was filed on October 24, 2022.
October 30
Jenna R. Bowman of Greenville pled guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct that occurred on October 22, 2023. She was sentenced to a 6-month order of supervision.
Carrie A. Anderson of Greenville was re-sentenced by Judge Menfarelli to concurrent 4 years in the Illinois Department of Correction followed by 1 year mandatory supervised release, 2 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by 6- months mandatory supervised release, and 1 year Illinois Department of Corrections followed by 6-months mandatory supervised release. She had previously pled guilty on September 16, 2019, to 2 counts of methamphetamine delivery, counts of unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver, and unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, which occurred on January 12, 2018. Anderson was sentenced to a 36-month order of probation by Judge Slemer. A petition to revoke probation was filed on August 6, 2021, and a supplemental petition to Revoke Probation was filed on June 27, 2022.
