On the road Wednesday night, the Panthers took on Westminster in a SLIAC showdown. Greenville fought through a rough night offensively and ultimately got beat on a buzzer-beating three pointer 69-66.
The 11-4 Panthers were looking to stay undefeated in conference play on the road against the 8-7 Westminster Blue Jays. Early in the contest neither team had much going offensively, but Westminster turned it up and went on a 16-2 run giving them a 20-9 lead going into the second quarter.
