Greenville women’s basketball hosted the Fontbonne Griffins on Saturday afternoon and overcame a fourth-quarter deficit to secure a win 90-83.
The 6-8 Griffins came into Greenville looking to defeat the 10-4 Panthers and early in the game both teams traded 8-0 runs that eventually ended with Greenville ahead after the first quarter, 21-19. For more information see the January 17, 2023 edition of The Greenville Advocate.
