It was a wild run-scoring end to the Clinton County Men’s Baseball League Championship series on Aug. 20 in Bartelso.
The home-standing Barts grabbed the lead in the bottom of the eighth before Trenton stormed back with six runs in the top of the ninth to take a five-run lead.
When the dust settled after the home half, Trenton had won, 10-5, in the third and final game of the series to win the CCL championship.
