Last Friday Phil and Kay Stoecklin welcomed the Greenville Garden Club to their farm to learn about some of the fruits they grow in their young orchard. Blueberries and gooseberries were ripe to pick. Paw paw, chestnut, and pecan trees will ripen later in the year.
Guests also learned about the popular hummingbird banding program, which has its own festival in June.
