June was a productive month for the Greenville High School boys basketball team as they competed well in several events, including a solid finish at the Illinois College Shootout in Jacksonville.
“I thought we had a really good summer,” said GHS coach Todd Cantrill. “We ended up playing 20 games plus our open gyms or practices. We had really good participation, and I thought we had great enthusiasm with the kids that were there. We would like to see some more younger kids get involved.
