AMVETS Post 140 replaces courthouse flags

The Amvets Post 140 usually changes the American, Illinois, and POW-MIA flags on the courthouse square each Memorial Day and Veterans’ Day.

This year, the American flag didn’t arrive in time for the Memorial Day program. It has finally made its way to Greenville. The AMVETS chose Flag Day, June 14, as an appropriate substitute to replace the worn flags.
