As the summer calendar flipped to July, the sports calendar at Greenville High School also changed on the girls side of the ledger.
The Lady Comets changed from working on their basketball skills to working on their volleyball talents on the same GHS gym floor.
However, when they entered the doors for July, they were greeted by their new coach Hannah Hoffmann.
Hoffmann comes to GHS after a two-year teaching stint at Mulberry Grove High School. During her time in the eastern part of the county, she served as an assistant softball coach at Mulberry Grove Jr. High and was also the Jr. High girls basketball coach for one season.
