11:23 a.m., Accident, non injury, at Bowman Drive and Ridge Ave. Martha Smith advised that while waiting at the intersection of Ridge and Bowman a green S-10 pickup that left the scene started backing up in the intersection. Smith then advised that she backed up to avoid being hit and struck the minivan that was behind her.
