Fourth Fest headliner announced

Legendary vocalist and musician John Waite has been revealed as the Saturday night headliner for this year’s Bond County Fourth Fest on July 1 in downtown Greenville. Waite will perform a catalog of hits on the Bradford National Bank Main Stage.

Waite got his start as a member of the Babys, was a part of the supergroup Bad English, toured with Ringo Star and his All-Star Band, and also has an impressive solo career. He has scored two worldwide number one hits: “Missing You,” as a solo artist, and “When I See You Smile” as a member of Bad English. He charted a number of songs with the Babys, including “Every Time I Think of You,” “Back on my Feet Again,” “Midnight Rendezvous” and others.
