The Mulberry Grove softball team is off to a bit of a rough start to the spring 2023 campaign dropping both games they have played this year.
Carlyle 10 MG 0 (6 innings)
MG faced off with Carlyle on March 15 in Clinton County to begin their season.
Jenni Mezo was the only runner to hit safely for the Aces, with a single. Callye Earnest was hit by a pitch and stole a base.
South Central 18 MG 0 (4 innings)
The Aces were no-hit Monday in Farina.
Taylor Stone and Skye Bourgeois both reached first via walks.
Upcoming schedule:
Mulberry Grove faced Hillsboro at home yesterday. The results were unavailable at press time. They play at Odin today with the first pitch at 4:30 p.m.
