The Panthers softball team traveled to St. Louis on Monday, March 21,to take on Harris-Stowe in a doubleheader. Greenville dominated, winning 13-3 in game one and 3-0 in the second game.
In the top of the first inning Emma Funk hit a one-out double followed by a pair of walks by Mia Boyd and Jackie Belzer. Jamey Johnson then hit a sacrifice fly to score Funk putting the Panthers on top early.
Harris-Stowe scratched one run across in the bottom half of the inning to make it 1-1. For more information see the March 24, 2023 edition of The Greenville Advocate.
