Arrest made in connection with Mulberry Grove burglary

The Bond County Sheriff’s Department reports that an arrest has been made in connection with a burglary that occurred in Mulberry Grove.

On Friday, Feb. 28, the department obtained an arrest warrant through the Bond County State’s Attorney’s Office for Cody L. Angeli-Snow, 31, for a burglary that occurred at the Shake Rag Pub & Grill in Mulberry Grove on Feb. 4.

The Bond County Sheriff’s Department, with the assistance of the Springfield Police Department and the Sangamon County Sheriff’s Department conducted an investigation which resulted in the following charges in Bond County against Angeli-Snow: Burglary Causing Damage (Class 3 Felony), Theft over $500 (Class 3 Felony), and Criminal Damage to Property (Class 3 Felony). Snow is currently being held at the Bond County Jail on $150,000 bond.

The Sheriff’s Department thanked J&J Gaming Ventures, Springfield Police Department, and Sangamon County Sheriff’s Department for their assistance in the case and they remind the public that Angelo-Snow is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
