On Wednesday, a groundbreaking was held at Carlisle SynTec on their new building expansion and renovation project. Plant Manager Troy Oldham told the Advocate that they had the idea a couple of years ago and that the focus of the project is boosting employee morale and wanting to be the employer of choice in the community.
The company has grown in the last year and a half, bringing on approximately 100 new employees. As a result, they have outgrown their current break room and shower area. The expansion and renovation plan is a two-part expansion for the main plant facility.
