According to Dora J. Mann’s office, on Feb. 23, Dylan C. Lawhead of Effingham pled guilty to the amended charge of Sexual Exploitation of a Child as part of a plea agreement. The original charge was Indecent Solicitation of a Child, which occurred on July 16, 2021. He was sentenced to a 24-month order of probation.
In the second case, on Feb. 21, Summer D. Cole of Greenville pled guilty to the charge of Unlawful Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. This incident occurred on July 2, 2022. She was sentenced to four years Illinois Department of Corrections followed by one year mandatory supervised release.
