The St. Louis Battlehawks and the XFL are back!
When we last saw this pro football team they were 3-2 and were selling tickets at a maddening rate to possibly sell out the 67,000-seat Dome at America’s Center for their upcoming game against the Los Angeles Wildcats.
Then … COVID canceled that game in March 2020. It also ended the season and the league went bankrupt.
Three years later and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and his partnership group have purchased the XFL and are giving it another go. For more information see the February 17, 2023 edition of The Greenville Advocate.
