Mulberry Grove village board holds monthly meeting

The Mulberry Grove village board held their February meeting Monday evening and approved last month’s minutes and the financial report as presented. The board also approved bills for payment, including $586.41 for visibility clothing for maintenance workers.

Brad Criner gave the building inspector’s report. In January, there were no building permits issued. There are currently 10 active files, three pending court actions, and two active building permits. Four commercial properties and three residential were posted as dangerous and unsafe. One rental site visit was conducted.
