Friday, January 27

SEN. JASON PLUMMER asks students, church groups, scouting organizations, and other groups to create homemade cards to be delivered to assisted living centers, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities. Cards, poems, and other well-wishes will be collected through Feb. 7 at Sen. Plummer’s office, 310 W. Gallatin St., Vandalia: the office is open 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. BOND COUNTY SENIOR CENTER hosts Bingo.

Saturday, January 28

GREENVILLE PICKLEBALL CLUB hosts games for beginner to intermediate players on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings, at the GU Rec Center (except when there is a GU event). New players are welcome, and extra paddles are available. Beginners instruction from 8–8:30.
