GHS forced eight Centralia turnovers in the first quarter and made as many shots as the Orphan Annies took as they jumped out to a 13-3 lead and eventually expanded it to a 52-23 win in their opening game at the second annual Vandalia Mid-Winter Tournament Monday afternoon.
